Ordering

You can either place your heater rental order via our online store, or alternatively phone our team on 1300 862 789.

To confirm your order we require a 30% deposit, which will come off the total price of your order.
Deposits are non refundable for cancelations within 7 days of your event date.

Payment

Toasty Heater Hire accept the following methods of payment:

EFT: For Electronic Funds Transfers, funds must be cleared in our account prior to delivery. Please email a payment receipt to sales@toastyheaterhire.com.au

Cash: Please have correct change to provide driver at delivery or for collection from our warehouse.

Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Please note that Visa and Mastercard payments will incur a 2% surcharge and American Express payments a 3% surcharge.

Payment must be received prior to or upon delivery.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel your order please phone our office on 1300 862 789 at your earliest convenience. Deposits will be refunded if notice is verbally given at least 7 days prior to your event date.

We offer a premium delivery and pick up service; delivering all across greater Melbourne & Sydney.

We promise to bring you the lowest prices possible, however if you happen to find a cheaper price we'll beat it by 5%. Learn more here.
